A dowel built into a pre-stressed sleeper serves to absorb all vibrations acting on the sleeper in order to prevent it from cracking.
DOWEL
Provides stability and support, reducing lateral forces and vibrations that can cause rail displacement.
ANGLE GUIDE PLATE
Serves to absorb shocks and vibrations, distributing loads across the entire base, which extends the service life of reinforced concrete sleepers.
SUB-RAIL LINER
Serves to constantly press the rail to the reinforced concrete sleeper. The clamps are made with an anti-corrosion coating, which extends its service life.
ELASTIC CLAMP
The track screw, located in the dowel, secures the clamp and the angle guide plate to the sleeper, when the rolling stock moves, has the property of constant self-tightening, which does not require maintenance
