All technologically complex and potentially dangerous operations, including hot forging and hardening, are performed by a robotic line without human intervention, ensuring the stability and high quality of products.

Over 2,000,000 sets per year. Laboratory: The company has a fully equipped laboratory on site for complete incoming raw material inspection and final product inspection.

All personnel undergo regular training and certification, including with partners—the world's leading manufacturers of rail fasteners—to ensure compliance with technological processes and international standards.

01 Complete set and compatibility SKL SUPER

We manufacture all five flexible rail fastening components (3 polymer, 2 metal); their design and technology are identical to those of our partner GK Railway's SKL SUPER line.

02 High quality production and control

Critical operations are performed by a robotic line; the site has its own incoming and outgoing inspection laboratory.

03 Certification and reliability
