FASTENERS GROUP produces a complete set of flexible rail fastenings designed for use on modern railways, including high-speed lines. Each set consists of five interlocking components, designed and manufactured for compatibility, durability, and ease of installation.
Complete set: 3 polymer parts + 2 metal parts.
Purpose: reliable fastening of the rail to the reinforced concrete sleeper, vibration damping, load distribution and ensuring geometric stability of the track.
Compatibility: structurally compatible with the SKL SL Super system.
Polymer products
Dowel
Function: secures the track screw and serves as a support for the angle guide plate; dampens local stresses in the sleeper.
Material: polyamide (PA6) with modifications to increase impact and heat resistance.
Key properties: high strength, low deformation under long-term load, resistance to aging.
Advantages: reduces the risk of sleeper cracking, ensures stable screw fixation.
Angle guide plate

Hardware
Elastic clamp
Function: provides elastic pressure of the rail to the sleeper, compensates for temperature expansion and dynamic effects.
Design: W-shaped elastic clamp, manufactured according to the SKL SL Super process charts.
Material and finish: heat-treated alloy steel; anti-corrosion coating or protective oil.
Key properties: stable elasticity, high fatigue strength, precise geometry for reliable fixation.
Advantages: long service life, minimal maintenance requirements.
Travel screw
Function: secures the clamp and angle guide plate in the dowel; ensures a secure connection with the sleeper.
Material and processing: hot-rolled steel, heat treatment, finishing anti-corrosion coating.
Key properties: stable thread, high shear strength and fatigue resistance.
Advantages: self-tightening design in operation, reduced maintenance requirements.
