Completed projects: participation in major infrastructure works, including on the Dostyk-Moiynty section (the second track with a total length of 836 km), where > 500 km of SKL Super fastenings were laid.

Client base: deliveries to more than 113 companies in Kazakhstan; regular export deliveries to the CIS countries.

Intellectual property: the company owns the technological documentation and production maps for SKL Super, reproducing the technology of its partner GK Railway.

Practical impact: The use of SKL Super fasteners at these facilities has resulted in increased track reliability and reduced operating costs; in some sections, throughput has increased fivefold.

A full production cycle: from raw material reception and polymer casting to forging, heat treatment and metal finishing.

Automation of critical operations: robotic lines for hot forging and hardening eliminate human error in dangerous and sensitive stages.

Modern equipment: Haida and Ferromatic injection molding machines for polymer parts; specialized presses and dies for metal.

Thermal stabilization of polymers: angle guide plates undergo thermal stabilization treatment to maintain their geometry and properties during operation.

Materials and composites: glass fiber-reinforced PA6 for slabs; TPU for rail pads (7-10 times more wear-resistant than EVA).

Digital process control: monitoring of temperature profiles, dosing, and heat treatment parameters; statistical quality control (SPC) at key operations.

On-site laboratory: full incoming raw material inspection and final inspection of finished kits; mechanical, climatic, and dynamic testing.

Production capacity: approximately > 2,000,000 sets/year.

Polymer production facilities: area 2,592 m², two-shift operation.

Equipment: more than 30 injection molding machines and over 30 units of specialized equipment.

Railway siding: own 315 m long siding (two branches) for receiving and loading.
